You may visit our park for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the rides, attempt to disrupt operations, or behave in any way that could harm us, staff or other guests.
All ticket prices and food menus are displayed clearly before purchase. We do our best to keep ride information and pricing accurate, but occasionally errors happen — if they do, we will let you know before processing your order.
Payment is taken securely at the gate or online. We accept the major payment methods shown at the point of purchase. Your ticket is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
You can change or cancel your ticket shortly after purchase — just contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
We take great care maintaining all our rides and food safety standards, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the ticket you purchased.
